DELIVERY CHARGES & CARRIAGE.

Interlink Express are our designated Carriers. If you supply a mobile number with your order, the delivery driver will text you 1hr prior to delivery.

If the product you order is specialist and you require full set up, place your order and contact us on 01709 837906 and we will arrange a delivery or collection time with you.

We are offering a unique service at this point and we believe customers should just not be handed an air gun without first being tested it is working correctly, within the UK legal limit and training given if required.

All non standard UK area's, please contact us first to arrange a suitable carrier.

Returns

As a mail order customer you have a cooling off period of 7 working days after the date of receipt of the goods. During this time you may decide to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will require a written notice of cancellation to the company by post or email.

On cancellation of received unwanted goods, the customer is under a duty to return the goods to the company within a period of 7 working days from notification of cancellation.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return of unwanted goods and in the meantime must take reasonable care of the goods.

Goods returned as unwanted must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund. A refund will be given on receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that the definition of unwanted goods does not cover faulty items, and these fall under the terms & conditions of the warranty for that particular item. If you think you have a faulty item, or your goods become faulty within the warranty period, then please contact us immediately.

  • All returns must be un-damaged and in original condition 
  • If a product is faulty on arrival, contact us immediately - 01709 837906
  • If a package is damaged on arrival, please check content with delivery driver.

If a product is damaged and not reported to the delivery driver, the manufacturers warranty is void. The only way of getting a full refund for the product is by us claiming through the carriers insurance, therefore extremely important for all parties involved the damage is reported. If you are able to take a photograph of the damage it would be much appreciated. Contact us immediately - 01709 837906 

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturers warranty period, we will arrange collection of the item and return to the manufacturer. Working on your behalf for a fast return.

If your product develops a fault out of the manufacturers warranty period, we have a service and repair centre with accredited and affordable gunsmiths.
